yesterday, i went to meet jy down town.

realised that i had to breathe in to fit into W28! gulp!


you realise it's been quite awhile since i went running yea. i went to the gym 2 days back and realise stamina's gettin bad. ran 3km in like 20min. dooms day. dejected for the rest of that night.
i'm going on a serious healthy dieting, starting on boxing day. then at least i'll probably fit into W27 by january. metabolism quick! seriously, just give me a black hole like jy.


i was so tired last night. oh yes! i saw dexter while walkin in the front gate back home. chatted & updated each other for quite awhile. so heart warming to hear from him. still as nice as ever.
