Merry Christmas Thursday, December 25, 2008 1:45 PM
Merry Christmas Everyone.

I went on a short trip to KL with my family early this month.
I love travelling,
but with my family, it's somehow, strangely, boring.
But with friends who share the same interests, be it shopping or sight-seeing, it's an entirely different thing.

Perhaps when we were all younger,
the things that made us enjoy our holidays, were just a playground or the toys section.

But as we grow older, things get more practical.
I see it as part of life, in which all of us go through.

Neither do I enjoy this process,
Nor have any great thoughts about it.

We just grow up and seek different things at different stages of our lives.

Anyway, I got two jobs, one temporary, the other permanent.
Administrative work, and tutoring.
It's been more than a month.
and I enjoy the flexibility of these 2 jobs.

I attended Hannah & Adrian's Wedding dinner on the 19th.
Hannah is Nevin's elder sister.
We haven't gotten the other pictures but here's a pic of Nev and I that day.

Photobucket

I have never worn an evening gown for a prom or a grand dinner.
And neither did I, on their wedding day!
It was a comfortable cotton dress I got from John Little which Nev bought for me.

So, 3 reasons why we bought it off the rack in less than 5 minutes after i tried it on?
1. Super inexpensive (I wanted to get more with different prints!)
2. Super comfortable
3. Superb for any occassion

I never exactly see the need to get an expensive dress just for any night.
Unless it's my wedding - of course I would need a wedding gown.
I love to see these beautiful dresses, and trying them wouldn't be of any harm either.
LOL.
But buying them? I wouldn't bear doing so.

Evening dresses are quite well known to be worn once and only once.
But that Little Black Dress is another story.
